This division caters to the portion control requirements of many of the countries leading Hotels and Restaurants. The Finest Beef and Lamb is cut and packed to exacting client specifications by a skilled team of experienced Butchers. The unit also produces a range of small goods, Kebabs, Kofta, sausages and beef burgers for many of Bahrain’s fast food outlets.
